MATERIAL INFORMATION

SYSTEM FEATURES

Panels:

*Total height front and side


wall: 202,5 cm incl. supports
and stabilization profile. Total
height intermediate wall: 197,5
cm incl. free height of 15 cm.

Volkern Polyrey is a massive


self-supporting construction
panel made of thermosetting
resins, homogeneously
reinforced with cellulose fibre.
Both sides of the panel have a
slightly structured, decorative
surface.
The composition and structure of
this panel have been developed
especially to comply with the
extreme demands in sanitary
rooms. Moisture resistance is
one of the main trumps of
Volkern Polyrey. The edges
can, without any special
finishing, withstand water and
moisture. Moreover, this panel
still offers many other
advantages i.e.: excellent
chemical resistance, highly
shock-and scratch resistant and
graffiti can be easily removed,
etc. Additives have been added
to the top layer. As a result, the
panel is antibacterial (Sanitized
certificate on demand).

*Rectangular stabilization
profile, 35 x 25 mm above
front and side walls.
* U-shaped profile, 16 x 25
mm for connection of the
panels to the existing walls and
front wall.

ACCESSORIES
*Accessories such as clothes
hangers, paper holders, soap
dishes, shelves, urinal partitions,
splash walls, benches, shower
curtains, mirrors,...
*Special height dimensions, e.g.
woodwork finishing of shower
baths or up to the ceiling,
children's cabins,...

Nylon accessories:
The nylon accessories (PA) are
unbreakable, coloured in mass
and resistant to very high
temperatures and chemicals. The
hinges supports are reinforced
with a steel core.
Aluminium profiles:
The extruded aluminium profiles
are manufactured from a
AIMgSi-alloy and oven-lacquered
with polyester powder (+/- 60
microns).

*Woodwork finishing, wall


decorations, washstand
shelves,...
*Installation on adjustable
supports, 15 cm high.
*Doors are fitted with 3 hinges
and of which 1 is a spring hinge,
2 doorknobs and a
vacant/occupied lock that in case
of emergency can be opened from
the outside.

COLOURS
Panels are available in 15
standard colours of the Polyrey
spectrum. Nylon accessories and
aluminium profiles are available
in 5 RAL-colours + in stainlesssteel look (with surcharge). On
demand a colour chart can be
obtained.

*Doors are aligned with the front


wall(s). The door grooves are
milled out and have silencing
stops.
APPLICATIONS
Sani-Cab sanitary walls are
especially suitable for the
construction of shower cabinets,
cubicles and toilets in industrial
buildings, offices, barracks, public
buildings, schools, gyms,
hospitals, swimming pools, etc.
The dimension of the walls is
adjustable to the available space
within each individual project.
