All the UG staff are here by requested to submit their updated attendance registers
of III and Vth Sem courses on or before 8th August 2015 to the under signed. The
attendance % of same courses need to be submitted in printed form by 10 th of
August 2015 without fail to the respective class teachers (Class teachers list is
attached with this letter). The concerned class teachers are requested to give the
consolidated attendance by 12th of August 15 in printed form.
Please consider this as high priority and complete it.

day need to submit to the principal compulsorily. As absenteeism in UG is high,
please take this task seriously and continuously. All the class teachers should use
the given format for this.
