General Objective:
Acquisition and application of knowledge, skills and attitude through the
utilization of the nursing process in the holistic care of client with
emphasis on prevention, promotion and maintenance of health.
Specific Objective:
At the end of 8 hours related learning experience, I will be able to:
1. Accurately demonstrate a nursing procedure using the bag technique
with ease and deftness.
2. Correctly determine the contents of the PHN bag necessary for giving
care.
3. Apply nursing concepts, techniques and principles in conducting a
home visit to be able to give the necessary nursing care and health
teachings.
4. Properly assess the home and situation of the client in conducting a
home visit in order to meet the needs of the client.
5. Provide health teachings to be able to educate the client regarding
his/her current health status to promote health and prevent illness.
