of juveniles from 18 to 16 years for heinous crimes including murder and rape. The
cabinet also approved to introduce Amendment to the Juvenile Justice (Care and
Protection of Children) Bill, 2014.

Rajya Sabha passed the Regional Rural Banks (Amendment) Bill, 2014 after it was passed
by the Lok Sabha on 18 December 2014. The Regional Rural Banks (Amendment) Bill,
2014 which was introduced by the Union Minister of Finance, Arun Jaitley, seeks to
amend the Regional Rural Banks (RRB) Act, 1976.

Mustafa Kamal has resigned as the President of the International Cricket Council (ICC)
after he was denied to hand over the World Cup trophy to Winning team Australia as per
standard practice. Instead the trophy was handed over to the winning team by ICC
Chairman N. Srinivasan.

format recently after completing 18 years long career. New Zealand pace bowler Kyle

Balbir Singh Senior was awarded with the Major Dhyan Chand Lifetime Achievement
Award by Hockey Indian. The award carries a trophy and cash prize of 30 lakh rupees. He
was a member of three Olympic gold medal winning Indian team which are London
Olympics (1948), Helsinki Olympics (1952) and Melbourne Olympics (1956).

investment grade.

(MIT), was awarded with the prestigious 2015 Heinz Award in the Technology, the

108. India-born Raja Rajeswari was sworn-in as a criminal court judge in New York by Mayor
Bill de Blasio. With this, she became the first India-born woman to be appointed a judge
in New York City.

109. Indian Navy's first Scorpene submarine under Project 75 was undocked at the Mazagon
Dock Limited (MDL) in the presence of the Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar.

According to the data published by the RBI, Central Bank of India has topped the list of
public sector banks with maximum bad loans including restructured assets as a
percentage of total advances. As per the list, Central Bank of India has 21.5% loans as
either bad assets or has been termed as non-performing assets (NPAs).
