The document is a UAT turnover memo requesting testing of the Consumer Loan Application System (CLAS) using Internet Explorer version 11. The system was previously only compatible with Internet Explorer version 8. The testing found that CLAS is not compatible with IE11. This is to request the concerned BDOI units to conduct their User Acceptance Testing to determine if the
Consumer Loan Application System will run using Internet Explorer version 11. The current version
of the browser used to run the system is Internet Explorer 8.This browser will be updated to a higher
version depending on the results of the testing.

the
objective of the testing was
only to determine if the
system covering the current
processes of BDOI will run

There was no change in the
design, functionality and database
structure of the application that
may impact its performance. Thus,
performance testing is no longer
necessary.

This document confirms that the CONSUMER LOAN APPLICATION SYSTEM is NOT compatible
with Internet Explorer version 11. The same application was tested using Mozilla Firefox version
17.0. Test results indicate that CLAS runs using the Mozilla Firefox browser. System features
that were tested and confirmed to be working using this browser are limited to those currently
used by BDOI (headed by Mr. Jose Romeo S. Gavino Jr.) under Internet Explorer version 8.
These were indicated in the test scripts submitted by BDOI users to ITD-Insurance
