Results are summarized below:

Client As performance on the Stanford-Binet Intelligence Scale, Fifth Edition (SB-V)
indicates that he is functioning in the Average range of intelligence. He obtained a Full Scale IQ
score of 96 and is ranked at 39th percentile, meaning that Axle scored the same as or higher than
39% percent of his peers. There is a 95% possibility that his true score is included in the range of
92 to 100. Likewise, both his Verbal IQ and Non-Verbal IQ are within the Average category.
These scores suggest normal verbal and non-verbal reasoning abilities and that his performance
is at par with his normative age group.

Comparing performance in each of the test categories, Axle did best in tasks that tap his
working memory ability, either verbal or non-verbal problems. Comparatively, knowledge is the
next higher score, something which he may have developed from proper schooling. In general,
no statistical significant difference was observed between his scores. Therefore, Axles FSIQ of
96 provides a summary of his general level of functioning and is a reliable measure of his
general ability to reason, solve problems, and adapt to the cognitive demands of the
environmental.

Client A scored high in study orientations (89) and low in work methods (21) and teacher
approval (18). Among the four scales in the Gordon Personal Profile, Client A got the highest
score in self-esteem (33) and lowest in emotional stability (14). A high score in self-esteem
indicates that Client A feels good about himself and sees himself deserving of respect. Client A
values independence most among all the values. Meaning, Client A put most importance in
having the right to do what everyone wants to do and being able to make decisions freely by
himself which clearly explains why he scored least in conformity. This shows that he least values
following regulations or doing what is accepted by the majority.
