Vector Addition

This document contains data and instructions for calculating the resultant vector from up to 5 individual vectors. It includes the magnitudes and angles of 5 sample vectors. The x and y components of each vector are calculated, as well as the sum of the x and y components (the resultant vector). The magnitude and angle of the resultant vector are also displayed. Instructions are provided for redrawing the vector diagram with arrowheads.

In the yellow cells, enter the magnitudes and angles of up to 5

vectors. Individual x-y components, the x-y components of the
sum (i.e., the resultant), and the magnitude and angle of the
resultant are calculated.
