Joshua Page is a junior pursuing a degree in TDE. His professional development plan for the 2016-2017 school year focuses on two goals related to professionalism and instruction. Reflection:
I believe that I did meet my two goals, however, I do believe I could have done better. As far as professionalism goes, I was a little late
a couple times to show up to my observations, however, on those days, I stayed for extra time afterwards to make up. For my second
goal, I did not do much classroom management, as I was only observing. However, I did see how my teacher managed her classroom,
and it gave me insight on methods that worked, as well as what didn't work.
