benchmark data to drive instruction. Researched, analyzed, and reported campus and student performance
on DSISD benchmark and state data, with a goal of 92% or greater in Math and Reading.
- Collaborated with campus leaders monthly and school-based instructional leaders four times a year to
facilitate effective use of benchmark assessments, gathered benchmark resources, facilitated grade level
conversation to design and create lessons and benchmark test in all content areas K-5 with a goal of academic
success and growth for all students, and determine needs for future PD support.
- Supported innovation throughout the District with programs such as Academic Challenge and Enrichment
(ACE), Facilitators of Learning and Innovation (FLI), differentiated instruction, implemented the Math
