SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Delivered $100M in back office savings for global transportation firm. Global firm had higher
SG&A expenses than main competitor. Developed Business Services concept and won very
competitive RFP bid for KPMG. Created roadmap to reduce back office costs by $100M with
accelerated three-year path to value realization.
Implemented Oracle ERP system to monetize $20M of inventory. CEO of CPG manufacturing
firm wanted to provide cash to shareholders. Post-analysis, developed KPMG plan for selling-off
inventory and implementing new ERP for improved production & inventory management.
Exceeded $20M in successful inventory conversion.
Directed Strategy to move $25M IT services firm to cloud computing. High tech virtual reality
firm had antiquated, inadequate accounting system that was blocking progress. For OKeefe &
Associates, proposed rapid migration to Intact software to speed monthly closings and integrate
reporting. Completed project on-time and on-budget.
Played key role in IPO for software firm. Company planned public offering. Built the KPMG
team and conducted three years of audits in preparation of S-1, uncovering troublesome issues.
Worked through risks & solutions with top management and presented to investment bankers.
Filed S-1 and proceeded with IPO.
Captured $20M+ in synergies during post-merger integration. Private equity-owned
manufacturer closed on large acquisition. For KPMG, planned a value-added approach to
integration rather than consolidating reporting.
Turned around failed ERP implementation for auto parts manufacturer. Large KPMG
client had problems post-ERP implementation. Found management had worked around the new
system, creating serious inventory and customer issues. With process changes & new controls,
balanced production and inventory to save $50M.

software firm. Responsible for operations, delivery, business development and key relationships
throughout the Southeast. Contributions in presenting business intelligence and cloud-based

Responsible for business development and key relationships throughout the Southeast.
Regional Managing Partner, KPMG Consulting, 1999-2011. Led Southeast Consulting practice
including $125M P&L responsibility and management of 500 professionals. Promoted in 2003 to
lead information risk management in the Southeast, successfully growing annual revenues from
$1M to more than $50M.
Partner, KPMG Denver, 1997-1999. Launched information risk management practice in
Colorado, building startup from three to 23 employees. Contributions in business development
