To upload images and forms: Select BMAP Images under transaction se78 and import the 1099MISC_2016 image; similarly upload other 2016 tax images. For forms, enter the smartform name under transaction Smartforms, upload the extracted XML file and overwrite the existing form; repeat for all 2016 tax forms including 1099INT, 1099G, 1099K, 1099MISC, and 1099MISC1.

Upload the Image and form

Steps to Upload Image:


1. Go to transaction se78.
2. Select BMAP Images.
3. Provide image name as 1099MISC_2016.
4. Select Import.

5> Select the extracted image.


6> Click Ok.
7> Similarly upload other images 1099INT_2016, 1099G_2016, 1099K_2016 and 1042S_2016.

Steps to Upload Form.


1. Go to transaction Smartforms.
2. Enter smartform name.
3. Click on Change
4. Upload the extracted file.
5. Select the xml file for the same extracted on your system
6. Overwrite existing form.
7. Save and activate.
8. Follow above steps for all other forms (1099INT, 1099G , 1099K, 1099MISC and 1099MISC1) as well.
