This document provides a template for a Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis with the following key steps: 1. List the customer requirements (WHATs) such as performance, aesthetics, reasonable cost, aerodynamic look, nice finish, corrosion resistance, lightweight, strength, and durability. 2.
