1. The Barangay 11-Poblacion of Malaybalay City, invites Bidders whose eligibility is


contained in the Bidding Documents particularly in section II. Instruction to Bidders, and to
bids for the hereunder contract.

Brief Description of Work: THE WORK INCLUDES REINFORCED CONCRETE WORKS FOR
FORRTING AND PEDESTALS, STRUCTURAL METAL WORKS FOR COLUMNS & GIRDER AS PER
APPROVED PLANS AND POW.
Contract Duration : 90 CALENDAR DAYS
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php1,000,000.00
Source of Funds : PROVINCIAL FUND

3. Bids must be delivered on or before May 16, 2017 (9:00A.M.) at the Office of the Punong
Barangay of Barangay 11-Poblacion, Malaybalay City. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security
in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB clause 18.

4. Bids will be opened on May 22, 2017 9:30 a.m. in the presence of the bidders representatives
who choose to attend at the address stated above. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected to bid opening.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Punong Barangay of
Barangay 11-Poblacion, Malaybalay City, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC) and inspect
the bidding documents at the address given below from May 9 May 16, 2017, 8:00a.m to 5:00p.m.

6. The Barangay 11-Poblacion, Malaybalay City, reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to
annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby
incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
