Section 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005.

The information sought is written as under:-

1. Please provide brief point-by-point information on how each clause of section 6 of


UGC REGULATIONS ON CURBING THE MENACE OF RAGGING IN HIGHER
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, 2009 was complied with by Hidayatullah
National Law University during Jan 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2016
2. Please provide the name of the police officer(s) who attended the meeting and also
the date of the meeting as detailed in the section 6.1.8 of the above UGC regulation.
3. Please mention the number of students who are allowed to attend the classes in the
university even after not submitting the affidavits as mentioned in the section 6.1.4 of
the above mentioned UGC regulation.
4. Please provide the copy of the first of the fortnightly report as mentioned in the
section 6.5.10 of the above regulation, submitted during Jan. 1st, 2015 to December
31st, 2016.
5. Please provide the dates, timings and places of the surprise raids made by the Anti-
Ragging Squad as per section 6.4.2 of the above mentioned UGC regulation during
Jan 1st, 2015 to December 31st, 2016.
