What is Quality?
According to ISO, Quality is the fulfillment of specified requirements of the products or services.
Another definition of ISO- The total features and characteristics of a product or service that bear on
its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Quality varies from buyer to buyer and it is the reflection
of customers. Quality assurance and Quality control is the two terms for quality. This article has
shown some basic difference between quality assurance and quality control.
