This is actual and constructive notice of a breach of trust and ongoing breach of fiduciary duty by the Respondent
10 ABC BANK through its officer Michael Q. Reilly, on the basis of intentional acts and omissions of Respondents
duties to report, account, and disclose of terms, conditions, and the interests and entitlement in the chattels relating to
11 account(s) 00000000 (veterans affairs); and note # 000000003 (ABC Bank National Association); including the
security deed, now rescinded as of June 4, 2015 recorded in the books of liberty county in Book 44746 page 549. See
12 the attached affidavit annexed hereto [Enclosure(1)].
13 The Principal is the Grantor and or Beneficiary of the Trust originally created by the Principals signature
authorizing and authenticating the Deeds, Notes, and all chattels arising therefrom, and held under the trusteeship of
14 the Department of Veterans affairs and their agent ABC Bank National Association, the Respondent.
15 The first grounds upon which this notice of breach of trust is given, arises from the Respondents willful concealing
material facts and misrepresenting the terms of the contracts, for the purpose of deceiving the beneficiary by conceal
material facts regarding the Principals rights, title and interest held in trust.

The second grounds upon which this notice is given results from the Respondent omitting to credit the Principals
17 payment to settle the alleged outstanding debt obligation of the Respondent for the sum of $51,260.77 and provide an
accounting to the Principal regarding said instrument for discharging, delivered to the respondent by registered mail, a
18 copy of the check and the final payment to said ABC Bank as recorded under Georgia State UCC # 089-2017-0209
(Confidential), proving delivery as of 03/27/2017, for further deposit to the Treasury.

The Principal exercised the right to redeem the note with an effective date of March 15, 2017 under certified mail
20 7016 0600 0000 8519 9235, by providing the respondent with (1) a notice and call for redemption, (2) an Instrument
(check w/ certificate of Guarantee), and (3) payment instructions directing redemption of the note, to discharge and
21 pay the alleged debt incurred by the Respondent.
22 The Respondent upon receiving said instrument within three (3) business days had a duty to exercise ordinary care, by
rejecting within the normal commercial means or crediting the Principals account and depositing said instruments to
23 the Treasury, whereas the Respondent remains in willful default to exercise ordinary care by making the credit entry to
the account for which the instrument was tendered.

The Respondent is obtaining an unfair advantage from the beneficiary by concealing entries from the account, to
25 assert a benefit to conduct an illegal foreclosure sale of real estate and real property in bad faith and with reckless
indifference toward the Principal.

The Respondent demonstrates bad faith and reckless indifference toward the Principal by refusing to credit the
Principals account, while deceiving and falsely representing to the Principal that said instrument and payment were
27 not received, so that said respondent can obtain an advantage in the form of compensation from the Principals
entitlement and loan guaranty.

Under the Powers inherent in myself having the controlling Status as Grantor, I hereby revoke all Powers,
Authorization, Authority, Consent and Powers of Attorney previously donated, granted, conveyed, assigned, and/or
vested with or to Respondent(s). This cancelation with regards to any extensions of these made or assignments applies

absolutely to any real or alleged agents, contractors, officers, employees, and any or all possible or potential alleged
3 successors in interests heretofore, henceforth and forever. This includes revocation of any extensions, permissions or
appointments by deed, to Respondent(s).
