MEAT SUBSTITUTES EGG SUBSTITUTES


Legumes, beans, peas, and lentils are an all-natural, One egg is equal to:
high-fiber protein source that can easily be used as 1/4 cup silken tofu blended

Seitan, made from wheat gluten, is well-suited for 2-3 Tbsp. tomato paste
shaping into roasts or for replacing strips or chunks
