The email provides allowable nozzle loads for cyclone installations on a project. Loads are given for 6", 10", and 12" nozzle sizes in terms of force and torque. These loads are tentative and final loads exceeding these values will be sent to vendors for concurrence. A PMS from a previous job is attached and can be used for the current job in place of developing a new PMS. Inputs are requested to be provided in the engineering document management system by a specified date.

These loads are tentative only and final loads, if exceeds these values, may be sent to vendor for the concurrence.
For PMS, 6922 job PMS is copied to A913. It is enclosed herewith and it may be used in place of 6922 PMS.

We are initiating the MR for Cyclones (MR no. A913-513-GJ-MR-4020 Rev A ) for PPU unit of GGSRL,
HMEL. This is Category-1 Item.

Vendors scope shall include the following tag no as per attached PDS and P&ID.

Process to provide the final PDS and P&ID for the Cyclones through EDMS. Inputs already invited in EDMS

Piping to provide the allowable nozzle loads. Kindly provide the details through email.

PMS for Job no 6922 is being used for the subject MR. We are attaching the same as part of our input

You are requested to send your inputs in eDMS positively by 02/09/2016.
