custody for disorderly conduct.

7/9Lee Hwy / Glanamman WayAs a result of a stopped vehicle. Cody Rundlett, 24 of LaPlata, MD, was stopped for speeding
and found to be in possession of Marijuana. He was issued a summons for speeding and for possession and released.

7/750 blk West Lee StIgnacio Balinas, 47 of Marshall, was served with four (4) warrants for distribution of cocaine from pre-
vious Fauquier cases.

7/770 blk Culpeper StWarrant service. Clarence White, 24 of Culpeper, arrested for Failure to Appear for Culpeper County
and Amherts County.

7/970 blk West Lee StWarrant ServiceCody Casey, 24 of Amissville, turned himself in for an outstanding capias.

7/9Lee Hwy / Comfort Inn DrDuring a traffic stop for defective equipment, passenger excited the vehicle and fled on foot.
Hedge Washington, 27 of Orange, was later identified and found to be wanted from several jurisdictions for probation violation,
hit and run and eluding. Washington was not located after attempt to track, a warrant for Obstruction of Justice was obtained
for him. Driver, Jackie Ferris, 54 of Culpeper, was released on a summons for driving suspended.

was issued a summons for reckless drivingspeed 103/45. The other driver, Sean McCarrick, 33 of Midland, was
charged with reckless drivingspeed 103/45, altered tags and expired inspection and released on summons.
7/811100 blk Marsh RdAs a result of a traffic stop, driver Micah Parrish, 24 of Remington, was found to be driv-
er revoked and in possession of Marijuana. He was released on summons.

for about three (3) miles. Francisco Castro, 18 of Dumfries, was found to have been drinking. He was arrested and charged with
Eluding, DUI under 21, Driving without a license and Reckless Driving.

7/9Elk Run Rd / Catlett RdAs a result of a traffic stop, Lola Bostic, 65 of Catlett, was charged with three (3) counts of Posses-
sion of Schedule I/II and Possession of Schedule III.

7/9Catlett Rd / Old Catlett RdUnits responded to a traffic accident involving two (2) vehicles with no injuries. One lane was
shut down until scene was cleaned up.
