D EVOT IO N GUIDE
SUMMER
2017
F R O M YO U R PA S T O R
Dear Mind Renewal Boot Camp Participant,
I am thrilled that you are joining us on this journey. There is a battle raging for
our minds, and to bring God glory we must intentionally seek to renew our
minds by cleansing them from the things of this world and refilling them with
the things of God. Its my hope that this devotional guide will help you to do just
that.
Each day, youll find three things in this guide:
1) A passage of Scripture hand-selected to help us in the process of
renewing our minds.
2) Key questions to ask about the passage to help us think through its
meaning and how we can apply it to our lives.
3) Tips for how to pray the truth of the Word of God into our lives.
Here are a few more tips as you begin this journey:
1) Remember its only 14 days. You can do anything for 14 days!
2) Dont beat yourself up if you miss a day. Dont quit and throw in the
towel. Stick with it and get back on track the next day. You wont regret
it.
3) For your devotional time, try to pick a consistent time and place each
day. If you just try to wing it, youll likely forget. Set your alarm clock 20
minutes earlier; carve out time each day during your lunch break, etc. If
you do it at the same time and place each day, youre much more likely to
successfully complete the boot camp.
4) Invite some friends to join you. Direct them to www.pleasantvalley.cc/
blog/
5) Expect your MIND to be changed and renewed over the next 14 days.
Who knows, after 14 days, you may decide never to return to Facebook.
;-)
Im praying for you!

DAY 1 M O N D A Y , J U L Y 1 7
1 JOHN 2:15-17
Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the
love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the worldthe desires of the
flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of lifeis not from the Father but
is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but who-
ever does the will of God abides forever.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.15 again. What does our love for the world" say about our love for the
Father?
Read v.16 again. The following chart summarizes the sins spoken of in v.16:
Lust of the flesh = the passion to feel = hedonism/pleasure/sex
Lust of the eyes = the passion to have = materialism/possession/salary
Pride of life = the passion to be = egotism/self-centeredness/status
In which of these areas is there clear sin in your life?
What are practical ways you can seek to turn from these sins and cleanse them
from your life?
Read v.17 again. What hope does it give you that whoever does the will of God
abides forever?
How does Jesus provide us this hope?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask your heavenly Father to help you love Him more than this world.
Confess the specific sins that you listed above.
Thank God for sending Jesus to die for these sins!
DAY 2 T U E S D A Y , J U L Y 1 8
2 CORINTHIANS 6:14-18
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righ-
teousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What
accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an
unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the
temple of the living God; as God said, I will make my dwelling among them and
walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. There-
fore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and
touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you,
and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.14 again. In what areas of your life as a Christian are you fellowshipping
with darkness or partaking in things that are displeasing to God?
Read v.16-17 again. What do these two verses teach us about the character of
God?
Read v.17 again. What are some practical ways that you can obey this verse and
separate yourself from sinful or unclean things? Are there any people that
are dragging you down or causing you to stumble that you need (at least for a
season) separate yourself from?
Read v.18 again. How has Jesus made it possible for you to be a son or daughter
of God the Father?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to give you the grace to walk away from areas of darkness in
your life.
Ask the Father to help you surround yourself with Godly people who will push
you towards
Jesus and personal holiness. If you dont already have these people in your life,
ask God to provide them for you.
Thank God for sending His Son Jesus, who brings us into the family of God
through His death and resurrection.
DAY 3 W E D N E S D A Y , J U L Y 1 9
JAMES 4:1-10
What causes quarrels and what causes fights among you? Is it not this, that
your passions are at war within you? You desire and do not have, so you mur-
der. You covet and cannot obtain, so you fight and quarrel. You do not have,
because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly,
to spend it on your passions. You adulterous people! Do you not know that
friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be
a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you suppose it is
to no purpose that the Scripture says, He yearns jealously over the spirit that
he has made to dwell in us? But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, God
opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble. Submit yourselves therefore
to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will
draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you
double-minded. Be wretched and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned
to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves before the Lord, and he
will exalt you.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.1-2 again. Who are you quarreling or at odds with in your life right now?
What is the root cause for this tension between you and another person or peo-
ple? What does this reveal about your heart and motives?
Read v.4 again. In what ways or areas are you currently in friendship with the
world in such a way that you feel it may be hindering your fellowship with God?
Read v.6 and v.10 again. In what areas of your life to you need to grow in humility?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to forgive anyone you are at odds with or that has sinned against
you.
Ask the Father to give you the grace to confess your sin to them and ask that
forgiveness, if necessary.
Ask the Father to help you love him more than you love the world, and to desire
a close relationship with Him more than you do any pleasures this world has to
offer.
Ask God to give you humility in any areas in which you are struggling with pride.
Thank the Father for Jesus, the ultimate example of humility, who left heaven
DAY 4 T H U R S D A Y , J U L Y 2 0
2 CORINTHIANS 3:17-18
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is free-
dom. And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being
transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this
comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.17 again. In what areas has the Lord given you freedom in your
life as a Christian? How has Jesus made it possible for you to have this
freedom?
Read v.18 again. How does this verse say we are transformed into the
same image of Christ?
Read v.18 again. How can you practically begin to behold the glory of the
Lord (Jesus) in your life?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you walk in the freedom that Christ has given you
primarily freedom from sin.
Ask the Father to help you see Christ and His glory more clearly than you ever
have before. Thank God for sending Christ.
Ask the Father to help you become transformed more and more into the image
of Christ. Ask Him to help you turn from areas of sin that are keeping you from
Christlikeness.
DAY 5 F R I D A Y , J U L Y 2 1
HEBREWS 12:1-3
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also
lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endur-
ance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter
of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despis-
ing the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider
him who endured from sinners such hostility against himself, so that you may
not grow weary or fainthearted.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.1 again. What do you think it means that we are surrounded by so great
a cloud of witnesses? What other Christians or witnesses do you have in your
life currently that are cheering you on to follow Jesus?
Read v.1 again. What sins are weighing you down that you need to strip from
your life?
Read v.2 again. What does this verse teach us about Jesus?
Read v.3 again. What are ways that you can intentionally consider Jesus?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you lay aside and rid yourself of any sins that are weighing
you down.
Ask the Father to help you persevere in the Christian life and to endure the race
until the end!
Ask the Father to help you keep your eyes on Jesus and that He would motivate
you to persevere until the end.
Thank the Father for sending Jesus to die for us.
DAY 6 S A T U R D A Y , J U L Y 2 2
HEBREWS 12:5-15
And have you forgotten the exhortation that addresses you as sons? My son, do not
regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor be weary when reproved by him. For the Lord
disciplines the one he loves, and chastises every son whom he receives. It is for discipline
that you have to endure. God is treating you as sons. For what son is there whom his
father does not discipline? If you are left without discipline, in which all have participated,
then you are illegitimate children and not sons. Besides this, we have had earthly fathers
who disciplined us and we respected them. Shall we not much more be subject to the
Father of spirits and live? For they disciplined us for a short time as it seemed best to
them, but he disciplines us for our good, that we may share his holiness. For the moment
all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of
righteousness to those who have been trained by it. Therefore lift your drooping hands
and strengthen your weak knees, and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is
lame may not be put out of joint but rather be healed. Strive for peace with everyone,
and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one fails to
obtain the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springs up and causes trouble, and by
it many become defiled.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.5 again. How does it make you feel to know that if you are in Christ, you are a son
of God? How does this help you when you struggle with insecurity, doubt, or fear?
Read v.6-8 again. In what areas has the Lord disciplined you in the past? In what way/s
might you be under the discipline of the Lord currently?
Read v.11-13 again. In what areas do you see God growing you and changing you (for the
good) through His discipline?
Read v.14-15 again. Are there any relationships in your life where there is currently a lack of
peace? Is there anyone against whom youre struggling with bitterness? Who are they?
How can you practically strive for peace in these situations?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you fully embrace your position and status as a son of God, and to
fully experience the deep, deep love that your Father has for you in Christ.
Ask the Father to help you persevere through any discipline you may be experiencing and
to know that He is using it for your good (to make you more like Jesus).
Ask the Father to change you and to make you more like Jesus, even through the discipline,
pain, or suffering.
Ask the Father to grant peace to any struggling relationships in your life right now, and to
give you wisdom as to how to best pursue peace in each of these instances.
Thank the Father for sending Jesus, who came to bring us peace with God through His
death on the cross for our sins.
DAY 7 S U N D A Y , J U L Y 2 3
COLOSSIANS 3:1-4
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is,
seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things
that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When
Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
PHILIPPIANS 4:4-9
Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice. Let your reasonableness be known
to everyone. The Lord is at hand; do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by
prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And
the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your
minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatev-
er is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any
excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. What you have
learned and received and heard and seen in mepractice these things, and the God of
peace will be with you.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read Colossians 3:1 again. How has God raised you with Christ? What did Jesus do for
you to make this possible?
Read Colossians 3:3 again. What comfort and security does this give you? How does this
verse affect the way you should think about your fears and anxieties?
Read Colossians 3:2 again. What do you think it means to set your mind on things above?
In what areas do you feel convicted that youve been setting your mind on things below
(or the things of this world)?
Read Philippians 4:4 again. In what areas can you rejoice today and give God thanks?
Name them one by one!
Read Philippians 4:8 again. What are areas in your life (in light of v.8) that you need to begin
intentionally thinking about on a more regular basis? What plan can you develop to help
these things be on your mind as opposed to the negative/sinful things of the world?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to comfort you with the truth that if you are a Christian, you are hidden in
Christ and that you have been raised with Christ to a new way of life.
List a few of your current anxieties, and then go to the Father in faith and tell Him you de-
sire to cast them on Him.
Give God thanks for blessings in your life today, and ask the Father to help you set your
mind on things that are lovely, noble, pure, excellent, and worthy of praise.
Ask the Father to reveal to you one or more people who are lost and weary with whom you
could share the good news of Jesus. Ask God to save them and to give you the courage
to share the Gospel with them.
DAY 8 M O N D A Y , J U L Y 2 4
COLOSSIANS 3:5-11
Put to death therefore what is earthly in you: sexual immorality, impurity,
passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. On account of these
the wrath of God is coming. In these you too once walked, when you were living
in them. But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander,
and obscene talk from your mouth. Do not lie to one another, seeing that you
have put off the old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which
is being renewed in knowledge after the image of its creator. Here there is not
Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free;
but Christ is all, and in all.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.5-6 again. What do these 2 verses teach us about the character and na-
ture of God?
Read v.5 again. Is there any sexual sin currently in your life?
Read v.8-9 again. Are there any sins in these verses that you are struggling with?
Read v.10-11 again. How does Jesus allow you to put on a new self?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you repent and turn away from any sexual sin (or even
lustful thoughts) in your life.
Re-read v.8 and confess any necessary sins found in this verse to your Father, and
ask Christ to help you overcome them.
Thank God for sending Jesus, and ask Him to allow the power of Christ in you to
help you put on the new self and to grow in Christlikeness.
DAY 9 T U E S D A Y , J U L Y 2 5
COLOSSIANS 3:12-17
Put on then, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts,
kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if
one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has
forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which
binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in
your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Let
the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in
all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in
your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the
name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.12-14 again. Does anything in these verses stand out to you that you are
convicted about or need to grow in?
Read v.15-16 again. How can you begin to allow the peace of Christ to rule in
your heart?
Read v.16 again. Are there any other Christians in your life right now that you are
regularly and consistently obeying this verse with? What practical steps could
you take to begin to live out this verse with other Christians? Is God leading you
to join a missional community group?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask your Father to help you grow in having a heart that is filled with compassion,
kindness, humility, patience, and love. Ask God to help you grow in loving specific
people that He lays on your heart.
Ask God to give you the peace of Christ in your heart, and to help you remem-
ber all that Jesus has done for you on the cross.
Re-read v.17. Give thanks to God for Jesus and all of the blessings in your life
today.
DAY 10 W E D N E S D A Y , J U L Y 2 6
PSALM 16
Preserve me, O God, for in you I take refuge.
I say to the LORD, You are my Lord;I have no good apart from you. As for the
saints in the land, they are the excellent ones, in whom is all my delight. The sor-
rows of those who run after another god shall multiply; their drink offerings of
blood I will not pour out or take their names on my lips. The LORD is my chosen
portion and my cup; you hold my lot. The lines have fallen for me in pleasant
places; indeed, I have a beautiful inheritance. I bless the LORD who gives me
counsel; in the night also my heart instructs me. I have set the LORD always
before me; because he is at my right hand, I shall not be shaken. Therefore my
heart is glad, and my whole being rejoices; my flesh also dwells secure. For you
will not abandon my soul to Sheol, or let your holy one see corruption. You make
known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your
right hand are pleasures forevermore.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.1 again. In what areas of your life do you currently need to seek the Lords
refuge?
Read v.8 again. In what practical ways can you begin to set the Lord always be-
fore you?
Read v.8-10 again. In what areas of your life are you currently afraid or do you
feel insecure?
Read v.11 again. In what ways has Jesus brought the fullness of joy into your life?
In what areas do you desire to have more joy through Christ?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Lord to remind you that He will not abandon you and to give you the
grace to fully trust Him that He will keep you secure.
Ask your Father to help you continually set Jesus before you, and to teach you
to rest in Christ alone.
Ask your Father to increase your joy in Christ and to help you value Jesus above
all of the things of this world.
DAY 11 T H U R S D A Y , J U L Y 2 7
PSALM 119
Blessed are those whose way is blameless, who walk in the law of the LORD!
Blessed are those who keep his testimonies, who seek him with their whole
heart, who also do no wrong, but walk in his ways! You have commanded your
precepts to be kept diligently. Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping
your statutes! Then I shall not be put to shame, having my eyes fixed on all
your commandments. I will praise you with an upright heart, when I learn your
righteous rules. I will keep your statutes; do not utterly forsake me! How can a
young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. With my
whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have
stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. Blessed are
you, O LORD; teach me your statutes! With my lips I declare all the rules of your
mouth. In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches. I will
meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways. I will delight in your
statutes; I will not forget your word. Deal bountifully with your servant, that I
may live and keep your word. Open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things
out of your law. I am a sojourner on the earth; hide not your commandments
from me! My soul is consumed with longing for your rules at all times. You
rebuke the insolent, accursed ones, who wander from your commandments.
Take away from me scorn and contempt, for I have kept your testimonies. Even
though princes sit plotting against me, your servant will meditate on your stat-
utes. Your testimonies are my delight; they are my counselors.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.1-3 again. What actions describe the blessed person in these verses?
Read v.9-11 again. What do these verses teach us about growing in sexual purity,
and helping us in other areas of sin in our life?
Read v.18 again. What do you think this verse means? Is this something that you
have experienced? What would it take for you to experience this?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you love His Word and to have a hunger for the Word of
God every day.
Ask God to use His Word to keep you pure and to guard you from specific sins
in your life.
Ask the Father to open your eyes to see Jesus in all of Scripture and to under-
stand that the whole Bible is pointing to Him!
DAY 12 F R I D A Y , J U L Y 2 8
JOHN 6:22-40
On the next day the crowd that remained on the other side of the sea saw that there
had been only one boat there, and that Jesus had not entered the boat with his disci-
ples, but that his disciples had gone away alone. Other boats from Tiberias came near
the place where they had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks. So when
the crowd saw that Jesus was not there, nor his disciples, they themselves got into the
boats and went to Capernaum, seeking Jesus. When they found him on the other side
of the sea, they said to him, Rabbi, when did you come here? Jesus answered them,
Truly, truly, I say to you, you are seeking me, not because you saw signs, but because you
ate your fill of the loaves. Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that
endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on him God the Father
has set his seal. Then they said to him, What must we do, to be doing the works of
God? Jesus answered them, This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he
has sent. So they said to him, Then what sign do you do, that we may see and believe
you? What work do you perform? Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is
written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. Jesus then said to them, Truly, truly,
I say to you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives
you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he who comes down from heav-
en and gives life to the world. They said to him, Sir, give us this bread always. Jesus
said to them, I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever
believes in me shall never thirst. But I said to you that you have seen me and yet do not
believe. All that the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will
never cast out. For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of
him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all
that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of my Father, that
everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise
him up on the last day.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.27 again. What do you think Jesus means in this verse? What is the food that en-
dures to eternal life?
Read v.28-29 again. Does Jesus response surprise you? Have you truly, and with all of your
heart, done this work that Jesus talks about in v.29?
Read v.35 again. In what way is Jesus the bread of life? In what way is His death on the
cross and His resurrection connected to this verse?
Read v.39-40. How should these verses encourage Christians, even when we are struggling
with sin or struggling in our faith?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Thank God for sending Jesus, the Bread of Life.
Ask the Father to help you believe in and trust Jesus more than you ever have in your life.
Ask the Father to help Jesus satisfy you more than any sin or anything else in this world.
Ask the Father to help you persevere in your faith by keeping your eyes on Jesus and what
He has already done for you.
DAY 13 S A T U R D A Y , J U L Y 2 9
HEBREWS 3:12-15
Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, lead-
ing you to fall away from the living God. But exhort one another every day, as
long as it is called today, that none of you may be hardened by the deceitful-
ness of sin. For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original
confidence firm to the end. As it is said, Today, if you hear his voice, do not
harden your hearts as in the rebellion.
HEBREWS 4:14-16
Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens,
Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high
priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every
respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confi-
dence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find
grace to help in time of need.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read Hebrews 3:14 again. What is the evidence that we have truly shared in
Christ?
Read Hebrews 4:14-15 again. How does Jesus help us to hold fast to our con-
fession? How does this verse help us to trust Jesus, even when we are struggling
with sin and feel so unworthy of God?
Read Hebrews 4:16 again. How should this verse help shape our prayer lives?
Read Hebrews 3:13 again. What does this verse teach us about the role of other
Christians in helping us to continue on in our walk with Christ?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you preserve in your faith in Christ and to not give in to
the deceitfulness of sin.
Confess specific sins, anxieties, and sufferings to Jesus. Ask Him to help you trust
Him because you know that He can relate to you and sympathize with you.
Ask the Lord to reveal to you another Christian that you need to exhort or en-
courage or give a boost to today.
DAY 14 S U N D A Y , J U L Y 3 0
HEBREWS 10:19-25
Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the
blood of Jesus, by the new and living way that he opened for us through the
curtain, that is, through his flesh, and since we have a great priest over the
house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with
our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with
pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he
who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love
and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but
encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
QUESTIONS FOR REFLECTION
Read v.19-20 again. What do these verses tell us about Jesus and what He has
done?
Read v.22 again. What do you think it means to draw near to God? How does
what Jesus has done help us do this according to this verse?
Read v.23 again. What (or who) is our motivation to hold fast to our confession
without wavering? In what sense is He faithful?
Read v.24-25 again. What do these two verses teach us about the necessity of
having other Christian brothers and sisters in our lives? Do you have other Chris-
tians in your life who on a regular basis are stirring you up to love and good
works? Would you consider joining a missional community group if you dont
already have this Christian community in your life?
THEMES FOR PRAYER
Ask the Father to help you fully embrace all that Jesus has done for you on the cross, and to
allow this to help you boldly and with confidence draw near to God in prayer.
Ask the Father to help you keep Jesus always in front of you to motivate you to persevere
in your faith.
Ask the Father to use you to stir up other Christians in your life to love and good works.
Ask the Father to help you make Christian fellowship and encouragement a priority in your
life and to make it clear the best way for you to experience this on a regular basis.
