By the end of this lesson students will begin to create their Abstract Art assignment,
referencing the style of Kandinsky and utilizing elements of color, line, pattern and shape to
express meaning while listening to music to inspire ideas.

2 minutes- Direct students to desks and distribute materials/supplies
20 minutes- Teacher facilitates as students work on Abstract art assignment while
music plays
8 minutes- Teacher signals end of studio time and has students clean up by tables
5 minutes- Students return to desks and reflect on activity.
1 minutes-Students lined up and dismissed.
