Petrobras Albacora Project Overview

Petrobras Albacora is Brazil's first major deepwater oil field located in the Campos Basin offshore Rio de Janeiro. The field consists of 65 wells connected through vertical subsea trees, manifolds, and flowlines to two production units - the semi-submersible P-25 platform and FPSO P-31 vessel. FMC Technologies provided the subsea production system under an EPC contract, including 65 vertical trees rated for 5,000 psi, 7 subsea manifolds, control systems, and installation support. The field currently produces over 150,000 barrels of oil and 90 million cubic feet of gas per day.
