with list of equipments to be inspected, Copy of Electrical Contractors License and Supervisor's
Competency Certificate/Permit issued by Licensing Board and Work Completion Certificate (other
enclosures not required) and the installations above 220 kV with all the enclosures shall be submitted to the
Chief Electrical Inspector to the Govt. of India, Central Electricity Authority, Electrical Inspectorate Division,
