Formwork Quantity Take Off 2

This document provides a quantity take-off of formwork for the ground floor, basement, and foundation of a building. For the ground floor, it lists the areas of beams, slabs, and columns totaling 31.784 square meters. For the basement, it lists the areas of beams, slabs, shear walls, internal column sides, and columns totaling 35.236 and 32.750 square meters respectively. For the foundation, it lists the areas of footings, column bases, slabs, and columns totaling 21.71 square meters. It also provides rules for estimating the quantities of spacers and rebar chairs needed for formwork based on the types and dimensions of structural elements.
