Greetings!

This is with regards to the hiring of Fire Senior Inspectors and Fire Inspectors thru Lateral
Entry in the Bureau of Fire Protection dated 06 September 2017.

In this regard, the undersigned respectfully apply for Fire Inspector thru Lateral Entry
for Nurses which has a total number of twenty one (21) vacancies of needed officers.

Im a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and I have been in the Bureau of Fire
Protection for almost eight years now with the present rank of Fire Officer 3 and currently
designated as EMS/FSEB personnel at the BFP Regional Office 1.

My years of experience as an EMS Personnel has taught me a lot of things to fill the role
of the position I am applying for. I believe that I can contribute more to the Bureau as a
leader in the near future. A promotion at this time would not only boost my motivation
and enthusiasm but it would also prove to be beneficial to the Bureau.

Attached herewith are some of my personal documents for your perusal.I assure you of
my continuous sincerity and dedication and I hope that you will consider my application
for Fire Inspector thru Lateral Entry to serve the bureau in a better capacity.
