PROMISSORY NOTE

I, GRACELYN SALUDAGA (obligor), of legal age, Filipino and resident of Brgy. Camp
Downes, Ormoc City, promise to pay MS. VANISA MARIE U. WAFFER (obligee), of legal age,
Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Camp Downes, Ormoc City, without notice and demand, the remaining
balance of TWO THOUSAND EIGHTY PESOS (PhP 2,080.00) Philippine currency, of the total
purchase price of PhP 3,120.00 representing the value of one (1) piece of 18k gold necklace with 1.3
grams (which is sold by the obligee), which is payable in weekly terms basis until the whole amount of
principal is fully paid.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set our hands, this December 27,
2017, at Ormoc City, Philippines.
