Create a Grade book containing the following information:-


A2:A11 Enter the names of ten (10) students. (1)
B1:G1 Enter the names of six subjects. (1)
B2:G11 Enter grades for each student in each subject. (1)
Find the sum of the grades in B2:G2 (2)
Copy the formula from H2 to these cells (1)
Insert a row between rows 1 and 2 (1)
Insert Maximum Marks for each subject in this new row. (1)
Enter formulae to calculate percentage and average
obtained (1)
Find the class Average, Minimum and Maximum scores (3)
Copy the formula to the remaining cells (1)
Enter a formula to calculate Grades for each student (2)
Make all headings bold (1)
Create a chart to show the students’ percentage (2)
Insert four new rows at the beginning of the sheet (1)
Head up PROMOTION TEST 2010 in the first row (1)
Head up the name of your school in the next row (1)
Merge and centre these headings (1)
Save your spreadsheet as GradeBook_your name on your
flash drive (1)
Email the spreadsheet as an attachment to [email protected] [Your
Internet score (10mks)]
Total 23mks
