I, CHARMAINE D. ONG, Filipino, of legal age, and with office address at No.560
West Service Road Paso de Blas, Valenzuela City, after being sworn in accordance
with law, do solemnly affirm and declare on oath that:

1. I am the Corporate Treasurer of Odyssey Property Holdings Inc.


(“Company”), a corporation existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines under SEC Certificate Registration
No.CS200500034, with office at No. 62 Celestino St., Guyong, Sta. Maria,
Bulacan;

2. I personally know “JOSEPH JEROME D. ONG” for ___ years as his sister;

3. I also know for a fact that the above person and the person by the name of
“JEROME D. ONG” as appearing in the Company’s Statement of Management
Responsibility, refer to one and the same person;
