Damp in BLDG

The homeowner noticed signs of dampness in their structure. Upon further inspection, it was determined that water was entering through cracks in the foundation and causing damage to the basement walls and flooring. To remedy the issue, the cracks will need to be sealed and a sump pump installed to remove any accumulating water.
