Declaration of Security Between A Vessel and A Marine Facility (Canada)
__vii_ This Declaration of Security is issued under Section 315.7 of the Marine
Transportation
Regulations; the DOS shall remain in effect until the vessel exits the St. Lawrence
Seaway at the St. Lambert Lock or the Welland Canal at Port Colborne. OR

The Marine Facility and the Vessel agree to the following security measures and responsibilities to
ensure compliance with the requirements of Part A of the International Ship and Port Facility (ISPS)
Code and the Marine Transportation Security Regulations:
The signatories to this agreement certify that security measures and arrangements for both the marine
facility and the vessel during the specified activities meet the provisions of Chapter XI-2 and Part A
of the Code and the Marine Transportation Security Regulations that will be implemented in
accordance with the provisions already stipulated in their approved plan or the specific arrangements
agreed to and set out in the attached annex.
