Subject:- UPDATION OF NBP BRANCHES ON PPSC WEBSITE
Some candidates, while filling up Feedback “Proforma” at the time of
interview, mentioned that the list of NBP branches provided in the online
application form is not complete and they are facing difficulty to pick the exact
branch name during filling online application form.
The NBP authorities were requested to provide a complete list of NBP
branches within Pakistan so that the existing list of PPSC may be updated,
accordingly.
In response, NBP authorities sent a list comprising of branches of NBP
throughout the country (Flag-A). Same list was sent to Director (I.T) PPSC for
inducting/ incorporating missing Branches of NBP in the list displayed at PPSC
website.
According to Para-125/N, Director (I.T) has mentioned that list at
PPSC website regarding NBP branches has been updated (Flag-B), according to
the latest list/details of branches provided by the NBP.

In response to the Commission’s letter Page-49/C, Flag-A, Senior
Vice President of National Bank of Pakistan has enclosed/ annexed, detail/ list of
NBP Branches vide (PUC) Page-50/C and stated that some new Branches of NBP
are also added to NBP website (www.nbp.com.pk).
If approved, copy of same list (annexed with PUC) may be forwarded
to Director (I.T) for further course of action.

COUNTRY
Some candidates have raised issue that the list of NBP branches
provided in the online application form is not complete and they are facing difficulty
to pick the exact branch name during filling online application form.
The President of National bank of Pakistan may be requested to direct
concerned quarter to provide complete branches list/ detail as per their record
existing in the country. So that the Commission may induct same in the “online
application form” and to provide complete assistance to the candidates.
As per direction, draft letter addressed to the President of NBP is
placed below for approval please.

Subject: DETAIL OF N.B.P BRANCHES IN THE PUNJAB
Punjab Public Service Commission receives application fee
from the candidates throughout Punjab under the Head of A/C “C-02101-
Organs of State-Examination fee realized by PPSC” on the prescribed
Chalan Form No. 32-A through the branches of National Bank of Pakistan.
While filling up the online application forms, candidates are required to
pick the relevant NBP branch (from provided drop down list in web based
form), where fee had been deposited. This list of NBP branches in the
Punjab was obtained from NBP website.
2. Some candidates belonging to rural areas complained that the
list of branches in PPSC online application form is not complete, hence they
are unable to upload the requisite information in the application form.
3. Keeping in view the above, it is requested that a complete list of
bank branches of NBP may kindly be provided to the O/O undersigned to
include all branches in the said list.

BRANCH, BAHWALNAGAR (BAHAWALPUR REGION).
Mr. Abbas Ali s/o Liaqat Ali, c/o Samiullah Karyana Store Mujahid
Chowk Doonga Boonga Teh & Dist Bahawalnagar has complained vide (PUC) that
National Bank Branch in Doonga Boonga is reluctant to deposit fee of PPSC Exams.
He requested for direction to this branch for fee deposit issue.
Applicants/ Candidates of PPSC deposit fee in all branches of National
Bank of Pakistan in Punjab. As per directions of Hon’able Chairman, PPSC on the
(PUC), draft letter addressed to the President of National Bank of Pakistan is
added below for approval please.

2. Punjab Public Service Commission is special institution of Punjab
Government which conduct exams and make recommendations to the Punjab
Government Departments for various posts. National Bank of Pakistan is authorized
Financial Entity which collects exam fee from candidates on behalf of Punjab
Government. Recently PPSC received a complaint from a candidate that NBP,
Doonga Boonga Branch (0711), Bahawalpur Region,p refuses to deposit fee without
any reason. This , not only creates an embarrassing situation for the public but also
make hindrance in collecting the Government receipts.
3. Keeping in view the above, it is requested to direct concerned quarter
to deposit fee from all candidates of the region who approach the National Bank
Branches.
