THE COMPANY
THE COMPANY
This part will discuss the company’s background, main office and branches,
services offered, organizational structure, flow of operations and narrative description of
transaction processing.
COMPANY’S BACKGROUND
Millennium Cars Mindanao, Inc. (MCMI) was awarded by Ford Motors Company
Philippines, Inc. (FMCP) with the exclusive dealership rights for the whole Mindanao.
MCMI initially launched its Mindanao presence with the dealerships in the cities of Davao
City and Cagayan de Oro City, and eventually will expand to other areas depending on
market requirements.
The company obtained its registration certificate from the Securities and Exchange
Commission on May 19, 2000 and the approval from the Department of Trade and
Industry to use “Ford Davao” and “Ford Cagayan de Oro” as its registered business
names on September 12, 2000. As such, MCMI became the third official provincial Ford
dealer in the Philippines to sell Ford vehicles, parts and accessories and to provide the
world-renowned high quality automotive repair and maintenance services.
MCMI is composed of the Millennium Cars, Inc. (dba “Ford Makati”) group in partnership
with prominent local Davao businessmen led by the DIMDI group. MCMI’s executive
operating officers are headed by: Willy Q. Tee Ten (President), Paul L. Gotianse
(Executive Vice President) and Maribel L. Chua (General Manager). Ford Davao is
currently located at Ford Davao Building, Km 6 Lanang, Davao City. Ford Davao was
launched last May 25, 2001. Ford Cagayan de Oro was launched last June 6, 2003 and
is currently located at National Highway, Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City.
The dealerships offer the people of Mindanao a world-class automotive dealership
facilities with a customer friendly showroom, an interactive service bay and quick lube
area and high-tech service facilities for simple maintenance and service jobs to
complicated engine, body repair and paint jobs. With its marker re-entry introduction of
completely built and imported units (Ford Expedition, Chateau Club Wagon, Explorer,
Ranger, Everest and Fiesta) and its locally assembled Focus passenger cars and Escape
compact size SUV’s and other upcoming exciting product lines and with the full
commitment and support of FGP (Ford Group Philippines), MCMI is poised to become
the premier automotive dealer in Mindanao.

determined by the Company, and after those dates all superseded policies will be
considered null except when vested rights have already accrued to an employee.

Sales presentation is usually designed to be either an introduction of a
service or product to some particular audience who generally knows nothing about
it, or a descriptive expansion of a service or product which that particular audience
has expressed interest in it, already.
To attract their customers, Millenium Cars Mindanao Inc. sales people or
agents will first introduce the company, the products, the price list, the payment
method and other services that are offered in the company, it also discussed the
advantages of buying the products, then the agents will refer their customer or
clients to the office for the additional questions and clarifications and the clients
must decide which area are they going to buy, after the clients chose their area
and make their down payments, the office staff will supervise the clients in
processing their transactions and give the information’s about the payment method
that the client may choose.
