Mind Yeti is a mindfulness app that uses fun characters, stories, and sounds to cover things like
reducing stress/anxiety, getting along with friends and siblings, focusing before an important event, and
managing anger. Users can find their “Yeti Powers”, seven mindfulness skills meant to help calm down,
focus, and build confidence: Breath, Body, Thoughts, Feelings, Sensations, Gratitude, and Kindness.

classroom because so many students are stressed out, tired, or nervous and the sessions
are designed to meet the needs of all ages.

IMPLEMENTATION IDEAS

After recess or before a test, use this app to calm your student's and prepare them to use
their brains. Another way to implement this app in the classroom is using it to deflate conflicts
or issues that you see among classmates.
