Debts: (Assignor (Debtor) Creditor) (Debt of $100)

The document discusses the assignment of debt from A to C and how that assignment is treated differently in equity and at law. In equity, C could sue B to enforce the debt but had to join A to the proceedings. At law, the assignment needs to meet the requirements of the Conveyancing Act 1919, and if so, C can sue B directly without joining A to the proceedings.
