2018 12:45 PM onwards

1. Upon arrival at one of the four stations, Introduce yourself to the consultant
and hand over your evaluation sheet (check that the evaluation sheet matches
the station)
2. Choose one of the 3 or 4 cards on the table card and read aloud to your
consultant the task indicated to be done
3. Make sure you have all your instruments to accomplish the task
4. Introduce yourself to the patient courteously and ask permission to examine
them
5. Proceed with the task preferably to finish in 5 mins with the remaining 3 mins to
report your findings and answer questions of the consultant.
6. 2 short buzzer sound will indicate the 6th minute. At the 8th minute, a long
buzzer sound will indicate that you should move to the next station.

On May 11, 2018 , Thursday at 5 pm
(after the last set of students doing the OSCE for that day),
ALL LU3 students will assemble at the Buenafe Hall for the clinical
application of the neurologic examination skills being evaulated during
the OSCE.

Using video clips of clinical cases displaying actual neurological cases,


students will be asked to identify findings, signs, tracts involved and
their clinical significance.

Questions will be in a multiple choice format and answer sheets will be


made available.
