RESEARCH METHODS

RESEARCH DESIGN

This study used the qualitative method specifically the document analysis in gathering and processing
the research data. In the course of the study, the researcher chose the descriptive research utilizing
several sources from books, articles, journals, magazines and house bills.

To augment the study, statistical data were gathered from the data gathering organizations he National
Statistical Coordination Board1
