Enter username "admin" and password "admin". 2. HOW TO CONFIGURE YOUR DG-BG4011N FOR INTERNET ACCESS

STEP 1: ACCESSING THE WEB CONFIGURATION PAGE INSIDE THE ROUTER

Open the configuration page of the router by typing http://192.168.1.1 in a web browser.
We recommend this one time configuration to be done using Internet Explorer.

Enter the username as admin and password as admin and click on OK


STEP 2: ENTER CONFIGURATION PARAMETERS

Click on Setup> Internet Setup

Delete the existing entry mentioned under WAN SETUP.


Once deleted the entries under WAN SETUP

Click on ADD
Enter the VPI and VCI value provided by ISP.

Under CONNECTION TYPE: Select Protocol:PPPoE.

Enter the Username and Password provided by ISP.

For e.g. (i) For BSNL users: VPI=0, VCI=35


(ii) For MTNL users: VPI=0, VCI=32

If you are not aware of your configuration parameters, please get in touch with your
Internet Service Provider (BSNL, MTNL etc) and ask them for the above values.

Click on Apply once you are done entering the details.


STEP 3: CHECKING INTERNET ACCESS

Click Status > Device Info

If you are successfully connected to the internet, you will get numbers like 114.35.54.56
etc inside the Default Gateway sections.

Now verify the internet access through DG-BG4100N router.

If you are still unable to connect online, unplug the power cord of the Digisol router for
about 10-15 seconds and then power it back ON. Wait for up to a minute for the ADSL/
DSL LED on the front panel to become stable/ solid. Check for internet now.
