Dear Prof. Duka:

I would like to ask for your approval regarding my request to have an additional
seven (7) extra units this 2nd semester of academic year 2016-2017. I intend to take
MATH 199 (1 unit), MGT 113 and IE 3 along with MATH 130, MATH 138, MATH 143,
MATH 156, MATH 190 and MATH 192.
I am a hardworking student and in good standing. I believe that with my current
will and perseverance, I will be able to pass the abovementioned courses.
This request is in line with my plan to graduate this 2nd semester of the academic
year of 2016-2017. I believe that this will be highly beneficial for me to be able to finally
graduate and finish my bachelor’s degree this year.
I am strongly looking forward to your positive response regarding my request.
