A. Introduction
ProMediu (R), a division of PROSPECTIUNI SA wishes to thank SC EXITECO SRL
for the opportunity to present our services reguarding the rehabilitation of the dump on the
ROMPLUMB platform and the the recovery of the material in order to be capitalized,
according to your request.
We are interested in this type of projects and we have the ability and willingness to engage in
such contracts; so we will attach to the present document our technical bid for your
evaluation.
B. Presentation ProMediu (R)
ProMediu (R) is the environmental division of PROSPECTIUNI SA, created by associating
the Analysis Laboratory / Geological Testing with the geological Department, consisting of a
team consolidated for sampling services, environmental sampling and analysis of soil, water
and air. The Analysis Laboratory / Geological Testing, approved by RENAR together with
field teams offer complete and dedicated specific services, acknowledged in Eastern Europe.
For this, we work with a highly qualified and experienced personnel, consisting of geologists
and chemists, as well as state of the art drilling technology and equipment, with the
ability to perform samplings in almost any terrain or geological location where they
are required.

GPS Navigator Garmin 60 GPS and software for precise positioning of boreholes;
Pumping equipment;
Monitor establishing PDR impurities from the atmosphere, MX21 gas detector, sound
integrator Solo SLM, Geiger Muller counter;
Laboratory equipment that covers all the types of analysis carried out by several methods
(gas chromatograph, XRF, ICP OES and MS, docimasia etc). All tests are conducted in
accordance with standards SR EN ISO / 17025: 2005.
PROSPECTIUNI SA is the sole owner of the equipment with solid contracts with prestigious
providers for software maintenance and updating, for equipment maintenance and repair, to
keep all resources in the best operating conditions. Work equipment used in the laboratory
covers all the types of analysis carried out by several methods; All tests are conducted in
accordance with standards SR EN ISO / 17025: 2005.

STAGE I
Calculation of volume to identify the volume of tailings
- Operations: making tomographic profiles to identify bottom of pit and bulky objects, to
determine the correct volume of tailings to be processed; sampling execution on different
levels of depth and laboratory analysis on these samples to determine the average percentage
of the content.
- Estimated Duration: 2 months (including field operations, drawing the map of the dump,
issuing analysis bulletins, making reserve calculations and preparing the final report);
- Project value: 58.700 RON (including field operations, 4 sets of laboratory analysis and
issue of final report).
STAGE II
Documentation for the rehabilitation through the valorification of the tailings
- Operations: Preparing documents for obtaining the approval, the letter of advice or
environmental authorization, as appropriate.
- The estimated duration: 4 months (including preparation of the risk assessment, feasibility
study and solutions and assistance for obtaining the approval, the letter of advice or
environmental authorization, as appropriate).
- Project value: 84.000 RON (including elaborating the documentation and travel support).
