What is Cold Brew Coffee?
Cold Brew Coffee is a smooth, cold beverage prepared
by brewing freshly ground coffee in cold water.
Todd Simpson, the inventor of the Toddy Cold Brew
method, found already in the 1960s that a high brewing
temperature releases unwanted flavours in coffee.
In the Cold Brew process, time makes up for heat. The
beverage has a low acid content, a balanced, soft and
even slightly sweet flavour.
