COMPUTER SYSTEM SERVICING NCII
1. COC 1 – Install and Configure Computer System
Occupational Health Safety Procedure
• Disassemble/Assemble Desktop PC
• Configure BIOS (Date/Time/Boot Order)
• Prepare installer (Bootable Flash Disk)
• Install Operating System (Win 7 & Win Server 2008 R2)
• Install Application Software (MS Office 2007 & Anti Virus)

2. COC 2 – Setup Computer Networks


• Prepare Network Cable Splicing
• Perform Cable Management
• Setup Router/WiFi/Wireless
• Setup Wireless Access Point
• Setup Firewall/MAC Authentication
• Conduct Test

3. COC 3 – Setup Computer Server


• Configure Network Server
• Create Administrator Password
• Create Domain Name
• Create 2 Organizational Unit
• Create 2 User Account
• Create 1 Administrator
• Configure Remote Desktop Access
• Setup File Sharing & Printing Sharing
• Access Wireless Access Point

4. COC 4 – Maintain & Repair Computer System & Network


• Scan system for Virus Infection
• Create Backup or System image
• Restore backup or system image
