"LUBI" 1440 RPM Monoblock pumping sets are specially manufactured to meet the
requirement of Agriculture. The Impellers and volute chambers are designed for a wide range
of total heads.
"LUBI" Electric Motors, Which are incorporated with the Monoblock are designed in "A" Class
insulation and are suitable for large variations in line voltage. High silicon Steel laminations,
Polyester Base Super enamelled Copper Wires and selected high grade Insulating material of
best quality use into the making of these Motors. The Diecast rotors are dynamically balanced,
which ensures long bearing life and prevents Vibration, For multiple purpose fan end shaft is
extended and fitted with flat pulley.

Lubi 2880 RPM Centrifugal Monoblock pumpsets are manufactured as per IS : 9079 with strict
quality control for years of efficient and reliable operation. Following are some of the pecial
features.
LBI
Lubi 2880 RPM Close Coupled Pumps are designed Low weight & compact. They non
overloading through out declare range. These specific models are ideally used at industrial
applications.

Salient Features
• Monoblock are designed to withstand voltage drops to 320 volts.
• Better insulating materials are used so that monoblock can withstand high temperature rise.
• High operating efficiencies of the monoblock result into greater water discharge rate and
lower power bills.
• The "back pullout" facility enables the monoblock to be serviced without disturbing the
pipe work.
• All components are manufactured from materials as per standard specification.
They are precisely machined on modern machine tools to give you years of reliable operation.
• All Monoblock windings are vacuum impregnated with sybthetic varnish for bettermoisture
resistance.
• All rotating components and assemblies are dynamically balanced to ensure long bearing
life and vibration free smooth operation
• All monoblock are fully tested as per the specification prior to despatch.

Material of Construction
Pump Casing : It is made of close grained cast iron of high tensile strength and has a very smooth surface finish for low
friction losses.
Impeller : It is enclosed and is made of close grained cast iron with a very smooth surface finish for high efficiency.
Stuffing Box : It is water lubricated and is sufficiently deep. It is Packed with graphite Packings.
Mechanical Seal : Superior Mechanical Shaft Seal for longer life & effective sealing against water leakage. (For LBI Series)
Flanges : Companion Flanges are provided for connecting the suction and delivery pipes.
Stator Frame : It is made of close grained cast iron and has adequate numbers of cooling fins to keep the stator
temperature rise within limits.
Stator : Vacuum Impregnated with polyester base copper wire and insulation.
Rotor : Rotor is aluminium die-casted. Rotor shaft is made of carbon steel and is of adequate size to transmit
power to the impeller. It is provided with a replacable bronze shaft sleeve to protect the shaft from wear.
Fan : It is made of Cast Iron and is designed to give a good air flow over the stator frame.
Bearings : They are grease lubricated and of ample size to withstand radial and axial thrust loads.
Terminal Box : It is of ample size to facilitate easy wiring.
