Administrative Coordinator
 Provided leadership and direction for Human Resources policies, initiatives,
and associated strategic planning
 Internally audited Boys and Girls Clubs of Indian River County’s policies to be
Boys and Girls Clubs of America compliant
 Rewrote, implemented and monitored new policies created with the new
Crisis Manual, Employee Handbook, Member Handbook, Parent Handbook
and Volunteer Handbook
 Lead all staff training for the new policies with original presentations
comprised of information, humor, and creativity
 Developed and implemented new on-boarding procedures as well as
employee retention policies
 Established a new Volunteer Program across three (3) sites
 Organization contact and compliance manager for government agencies
 Department of Justice, Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of
Homeland Security, Florida Department of Children and Families, Indian
River Sheriff’s Office, Vero Beach and Sebastian Police Departments
 Created a County-wide presentation for BGC Teens in partnership with

 Assisted in the planning and day-of preparation for BGCA fundraising events
including three golf tournaments and a large dinner that brings in over
$200,000 in donations or about 20% of the organization’s total revenue in a
