Philippine Health Insurance Corporation: Philhealth Circular No

The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) issued a circular reducing the number of copies of the PhilHealth Agents Receipt (PAR) from four copies to three copies. With the implementation of the Electronic Premium Reporting System and auto-posting of payments, the yellow copy submitted to PhilHealth is no longer required. The PAR will now consist of the white copy for the payor, pink copy for the agent, and green copy for PhilHealth. Existing four-copy PAR stock can still be used until depleted. The circular takes effect 15 days after publication.

SUBJECT Phi!Health Agents Receipt (PAR) in Three (3) Copies

With the implementation of Electronic Premium Reporting System (EPRS) among members of
- - - = - . t h e Formal Economy and auto-posting of payments among other members, the submission of

. YELLOW COPY (PHIC COPY) of the issued Phi!Health Agents Receipt (PAR) to Phi!Health
is no longer obligatory. Thus, the YELLOW COPY of PAR shall serve as an extra Payor's copy
only.

CC: ~ •• In this regard, the newly procured PAR is now reduced to three (3) copies as follows:

All remaining stock of PAR in four (4) copies is still valid for issuance by the Phi!Health
_ _ _ _ __.~Accredited Collecting Agent (ACA) upon acceptance- of premium contribution payment from
the payor. However, its utilization must be prioritized to fully exhaust all existing stock on hand.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) calendar days after its publication in the Official
Gazette or in any newspaper of · · and shall be deposited thereafter with the
