LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION

I, Gabriel Angel del Villar de Vera, a Filipino, of legal age and with residence at Pasig City, Philippines do
hereby authorize my cousin, Jaime Marco del Villar de Vera to claim my OR/CR for Toyota Vios with plate
number: ABF 5136 from Banco de Oro (BDO) with whom said documents were under custody due to a car
loan with aforementioned bank with Promissory Note number: PN No. 501150512398. Said loan was fully
paid sometime last April, 2018 and I was instructed by the bank manager at my branch (BDO Kapitolyo,
Oranbo) to claim the OR/CR of said vehicle.

Together with this letter of Authorization is my original passport and driver’s license. I thank you in
advance for your consideration.
