OFF BROADWAY REHEARSALS/CALL TIMES

*Please make sure you can be present on one or more of these particular dates. If you can’t attend a day you are called
for, please inform Mrs. Snow as soon as possible.
*MS Group Piece: We will run our rehearsals in class until the 4 o’clock bus comes on future Wednesdays.
*Parents---if you’d be able to donate snacks to the longer, full group rehearsals that would be fantastic! We will also
need assistance providing dinner to about 40 humans. Please email Mrs. Snow if you can help.

Jan 17th: Middle School (Individual/partner pieces only)………..END TIME- 4:30pm

Jan 24th: High School Rehearsals (Individual/partner only)……..END TIME- 4:30pm

*Jan 30th: MS Class needed until 4pm

31st: All individual/partner rehearsals------------END TIME- 4:30pm

Feb 7th: All individual/partner rehearsals--------------END TIME- 4:30pm

*Feb 13th: MS Class Only………………………………………..(Only until 4pm)

14th: All individual/partner rehearsals----------END TIME- 4:30pm

*Feb 20th: MS Class needed until 4pm, All performers (Costume/prop/makeup) END TIME- 5:00pm

21st: All individual/partner rehearsals (Rough run of show) END TIME- 5:00pm

---------Week of Feb. 25th-28th Off (Practice at home!)

*Mar 5th: Running the show with Tech practice with all individual/partner pieces END TIME- 5:30pm

*Mar 12th: Full run (Dress/Mics) 4pm-5:30.

---------Mar 13th (Day of rest before show!)

* March 14th---SHOWTIME!

Middle School---plan on bringing all of your things with you to 8th Period. HS Students---you will have a requested early
excusal from your 8th Period to come warm-up/eat/get ready and mic up. The show will start promptly at 5pm. Show is
estimated to be about an hour and a half long with one ten minute intermission.
