Assignment 2 – Presentation Slides 

EXPORTING POWERPOINT WITH NOTES TO A PDF 
 

1) Prepare the regular power point presentation.  
 
2) Add descriptions of the slide as slide notes.

3) Press F12 to get in to Save As function and select save as type PDF

4) Click on the options button and set the publish options to Notes Pages and select OK 

 
 

5) Define the file name and click the save button.
