I am fresh graduate from M.B.A Institute Technology Bandung. This letter is to express my interest in a potential associate
position. I am totally impress with MCKINSEY & COMPANY’s dualism vision. I can see MCKINSEY & COMPANY as a place to
change Indonesia. I really interested in MCKINSEY & COMPANY because I want to change Indonesia to become a better
place. With my outstanding education achievement and past entrepreneurial experience I believe I can contribute myself
to MCKINSEY & COMPANY helping the most influential business, government, and nonprofit. I attended the gathering at 2
October 2015 in Bandung Institute of Technology when Mr. Toma and Ms. Maya explain what it is like working in MCKINSEY
& COMPANY. I totally interested in building my personal quality.

I have cum laude 3.87 at my MBA program, I have cum laude 3.70 at my B.ec program, and I also have law degree in
corporate law. During my study I did a lot of achievements such as: done researches with lecture in consumer behavior,
published 3 research articles in international journal and conferences, became the youngest and the fastest graduates
in the campus in 2013. Accordingly I believe I have high achievement spirit, curiosity, and structural framework mind. In
addition, I have done entrepreneurial experience since I was 14 years old, the peak of this experience was in Idul Adha I
could gain revenue IDR 200 Million. I believe it shows my ability to work with team and my leadership. Furthermore, I made
social movement called Muda Event which represented my mission to make Indonesian healthier and smarter in order to
boost Indonesia to become developed country.

I really want to work in MCKINSEY & COMPANY because of MCKINSEY & COMPANY’s mission, to change and transform
business and society. It is linier with my mission to develop Indonesia and its society to become developed. I believe my
mission need to be implemented in reality by doing problem solving and working at MCKINSEY & COMPANY is all about
solving the client problem, especially the problem who cannot be solved. Beside only solving client problems MCKINSEY &
COMPANY also want to develop the individual inside MCKINSEY & COMPANY, I can see it from MCKINSEY & COMPANY
value. It is also linier with my mission to develop human resources or individual growth in MCKINSEY & COMPANY. I learn
a lot about MBTI (Myer Brigg’s Test Instrument) about personalities and I have interested in studying people. Furthermore,
MCKINSEY & COMPANY has wide range alumni worldwide, I believe I can contribute to become one of them connection to
help alumni in changing the world.

With my high achievement and entrepreneurial experience I believe I have combination of traits that MCKINSEY &
COMPANY looking for to become successful associate. With my past experience I believe I could achieve highest goal in
solving client problems. Also it proved that I could be a leader and follower in the team because of my entrepreneurial
experience. Please find my resume for the detail review. I welcome the opportunity to become an agent of change in
MCKINSEY & COMPANY by having associate title. I have attended the test in 02 October 2015, I know I did not pass the PST
test. Actually I am still working to solve the PST test.
