I have approx. 12.3 Year work experience in RF field as a RF-Lead in GSM (3.6 years), WCDMA
(7.3 years) & LTE (1.6 years) Networks with Parameters, KPIs & Counters.

 Planning -- Radio network planning and design, nominal planning, site selection, final
design and Simulation. Tool used Atoll, Asset, U-Net, MAPINFO and MCOM.
 Optimization -- analyzing the daily KPI and RNC report created from OSS, performing
the required changes in parameters or physically on-site in order to enhance the
performance of the network. Tool Used Genex Assistant NE-Explorer, Nepa,
Gladiator, ENIQ, ITK, OSIRIS, ACTIX, OPTIMI, WINFOIL etc.
 Drive Test-- Data collection, Real time Log files Analysis with Implementation in
Network, Troubleshooting, Migration, Software Up gradation and other activities. Tool

 Prepare Cluster Polygon, Implement macro plan, city level planning.
 Handle Site Selection Strategy for GSM, UMTS & LTE based on coverage & capacity.

 Carried out optimization and Radio Frequency (RF) acceptance testing as well as site
survey and sector planning of new sites of rural areas.
 Performance engineering (Analyzing traffic data for drops, congestion, accessibility,
traffic growth etc.) based on the KPIs on daily basis.
 Analyzing in 3G(WCDMA) Interference, Call Drops, Handoff failures, IRAT Handover
failures, Common Pilot Channel Received Signal Code Power , Common Pilot Channel
Interference Ec/No, Scrambling Code and defining Neighbors(3G AND 2G BOTH), Check
relation b/w 3G and 2G etc.
 Handle Layer 3 Analysis through Actix tool for final acceptance drive.

Telecommunication (I) Pvt. Ltd. on IDEA-3G project in HYDERABAD (A.P) Circle.

 Responsible for monitoring an optimizing counters to maintain all KPIs to be the same as before
swapping to Huawei equipment such as CSSR, CDR, Traffic CS/PS, HOSR, and etc.
 Contract point with a Nokia engineer to correct site information in border between Huawei MSC
Nokia MSC to improve Inter MSC HOSR.

Responsibilities:
 Neighboring cell planning 3G>3G and 3G>2G Cluster optimization; considering to
reduce pilot pollution and improving RSCP and Ec/Io. Analyze call fail/drop event
during cluster drive test and come out with solutions.

Optimization at project of RELIENCE GSM in DEHLI/NCR & CHENNAI Circle through HUAWEI
TELECOMMUNICATION INDIA PVT.LTD.

Responsibility:-
 Proficient in radio frequency planning, drive testing & analysis..
 Analyzing Nokia ND reports for checking cells having highest call drops,
SDCCH, TCH drops, SDCCH congestion & blocking, TCH congestion &
blocking..
  Frequency planning for new as well as existing sites. BCCH, BSIC &
Neighbors planning.
 Analysis of Drive test Log files, completely analysis of call drops, BCCH
interference, MAL Freq interference, Handover Issues, sector swap,
hardware issues.

AIRTEL in KOLKATTA (WEST BEGAL),PUNE (MAHARASTRA) & M.P.C.G with client of NSN.
Job Profile-
 Job Responsibilities covers the Radio Network Planning of GSM cellular
Network of MP & CG from Bharti end.
 Optimization of network based on coverage and capacity requirement of
customer for new and existing sites
 Checking & validating sites planned by Nokia team using GIS & MapInfo tool. If
