URGENT EX-PARTE MOTION FOR RESETTING

The undersigned counsel, and to this Honorable Court most


respectfully states that:

1. The hearing of this case is set by the plaintiffs on February


19, 2018 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning;

2. However, the undersigned hereby regretfully moved for


postponement of said hearing as the undersigned shall be
attending the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
on February 19, 2018 to February 23, 2018 to be held at
Hotel Supreme, Magsaysay Road, Baguio City;

3. With this, the undersigned is constrained to sincerely and


respectfully request the Honorable Court to set the hearing
of the instant case to February 26, 2018 at 2:00 o’clock in
the afternoon subject to the availability of calendar and the
sound discretion of the Honorable Court;

4. This motion is made in good faith and never intended to delay


the proceedings of the case but solely on the above-cited
reason.
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed
that the foregoing Urgent Ex-Parte Motion for Resetting
be favorably considered and that the hearing of this case be set
on February 26, 2018 at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon, subject
to the availability of calendar and the sound discretion of the
Honorable Court
